this system, you agree to these terms:
ButlerBuilderNet is a network and system designed, created,
maintained and operated by Butler Manufacturing Company ("Butler")
for the sole and exclusive use of Butler employees and customers, and
represents a valuable property right of Butler, to include, without limitation,
all data, designs, drawings, pricing, calculations and other information
contained therein.
While Butler fully intends this network and system to serve as a valuable
tool in the furtherance of its business relations with its customers,
Butler makes no representations or warranties, and expressly disclaims
the same, as to the performance, timeliness, accuracy, security or other
features of ButlerBuilderNet.
By logging on to ButlerBuilderNet, you represent, warrant and acknowledge
that:
- You are fully authorized by your company/employer to
access and utilize the network and system; and
- Your access to and use of the network and system is
solely and exclusively for purposes of furthering a business relationship
between Butler and its customers; and
- Butler is fully authorized to rely and act upon the
data and other information provided it by means of this network and
system, and shall be fully compensated for all costs and expenses incurred
as a result of its reliance upon such data and information; and
- You are bound by all other terms and conditions imposed
by Butler as a condition precedent to your use of ButlerBuilderNet;
and
- The information and data contained on the network is
of a proprietary and confidential nature which shall be protected and
treated as such, and disclosed only to those other individuals who have
a need to know as required to further the specific business transaction
contemplated.
